Association of English Graduate Students (AEGS)
The Association of English Graduate Students (AEGS) is a friendly, professional group that provides incoming and current graduate students with a number of benefits: mentoring for students new to MSU; workshops that aid in professional, pedagogical, and academic development; opportunities to sit on departmental committees; and of course opportunities to meet and socialize with your peers.
To become a member of AEGS, simply show up to our meetings and/or any of our events. From presenting at your first conference to assembling a guidance committee to figuring out just what to expect as you enter the job market, AEGS provides a supportive, active, and exciting intellectual community for our graduate students at all levels of the M.A. and Ph.D. programs!
